About OSL

God is at work here! Throughout our history, since 1927, His grace shines! From our humble beginnings, through our heyday, surviving catastrophes like Hurricane Wilma, and the demographic changes of our neighborhood, God richly and daily provides for all our needs.

Today, OSL exists to reach out with the love of Jesus Christ and proclaim His Gospel message in hands-on ministries. Our mission is to be One in faith, Service and Love (OSL). Driven by mission zeal that no one should be lost (1 Tim. 2:4), each of us seeks to be a missionary for Christ in this community. Exciting ministries include: Hispanic Missions; Preschool; Family Promise (homeless families); Quilting; Easter Sunrise worship at the beach; food programs; prayer shawls; prayer ministries and much more.

OSL is a member congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) and the Florida-Georgia District of the LCMS. You can find much valuable information at both sites about what Lutherans believe and do in the name of Christ.

Drop by and visit us anytime! Our weekly worship service is at 9:30 Sunday mornings!
